Meetika Chawla Seth founded MCS Career Counselling with a singular vision — to bridge the gap between academic aspirations and the real-world challenges faced by every individual.She is a Certified Career Coach with over 10 years of experience in the education sector, dedicated to guiding students toward the right career paths with clarity and confidence.

With a deep understanding of adolescents and their developmental needs, Meetika specializes in helping students and parents make informed career decisions by thoughtfully balancing aptitude, attitude, and individual aspirations. Her empathetic and student-centric approach enables her to connect meaningfully with young minds and support them through crucial academic and emotional transitions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, which provides a strong theoretical foundation to her practice. In addition, she is a Certified Psychometric Practitioner, a UCLA Certified Global Career Counsellor, and a Certified Child Psychological & Wellness Counselor. Her professional journey includes valuable experience working under the aegis of Amity International School, where she honed her expertise in student well-being and guidance.

An alumna of Amity University, Meetika has spent over a decade closely working with students, continuously updating herself with emerging career trends and 21st-century life skills. She is particularly skilled in addressing the emotional well-being of students while actively involving parents and educators in the counseling process to ensure holistic development.
